KCM Engineers cc developed the DropIn SmartSkirt™ Liner System for easy skirt liner changes and idler replacements at and under chutes.
No tools are necessary to replace a liner as the liner with its associated carrier bracket is just lifted out of the carrier beam brackets from outside the chute. A new liner assembly is then dropped into the carrier beam brackets and the job is done.
The philosophy is to spend as little time in the field as possible to adjust or replace skirt liners. When the liner assembly is removed in the field, the physical wear liner is replaced in the workshop and the assembly is ready to be installed at a different location.

The DropIn SmartSkirt™ Liner System can replace the current skirt liners on existing chutes or installed as new in 600mm sections.
No more worker chute entry to replace skirt liners.
Change impact idlers without removing bolted skirt liners
Different sizes available to cover all conveyor belt widths.
Maximum skirt liner assembly weight is 9.8kg and is 200mmx200mm in size.
